Project details

(1) Customers who visit the restaurant will be asked to fill out a birthday chicken wing postcard.

(2) Birth month and age at next birthday

(3) Please fill in your home address and name yourself.

(4) We will store the postcards you have received at the store.

(5) The store will mail out the postcard for the birthday of the current month at the end of the previous month.

(6) It will be delivered to your address.

(7) Customers must make a reservation in advance (reservation required)

(8) When making a reservation, please decide how many you would like to eat.

(9) If you visit on the day, we will give you a birthday gift of free grilled chicken wings for each year you are old.

This is a special event exclusive to Sumigin.

・Reservations must be made 4 days prior to your visit.

・Leaving food uneaten is strictly prohibited

・Take-out is not available

Please order only as many as you can eat.

・Any birthday month is OK!
